Guidelines for Invited Lecture
The Organizing Committee highly appreciates your contribution of presenting at IDEN 2020.
We would like to ask you to remind the below information to make sure your experience successful.
Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
1. Presentation Method

* LGI1 – Case-based discussion and PB6 : Please kindly check the allocated time as we announced before.
*Q&A : Real-time access via video conferencing after finishing each presentation except for the debate session.
1. Presentation File Format
- - As for the aspect ratio of your presentation file (slides), a ratio of 16:9 is recommended.
- - Microsoft Office PowerPoint (PPT) 2010 or PDF.
- - Use a common font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana etc. (Special fonts might be changed to a default font.)
- - Images should be in JPG, GIF or BMP format.

2. Submitting the Presentation File
- - Please visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation and bring your presentation files on a USB memory stick.
- - Presenters are requested to check their presentation files to ensure they work correctly in our system.
3. Equipment
- - Session rooms will be equipped with a computer, projector and microphone.
- - The podium will be equipped with a monitor, microphone, mouse and smart pointer.

- We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.
** Apple Macintosh / Apple Keynote / Personal Laptop Users: Please visit the onsite preview room and bring your Mini Display Port-VGA Adapter.
4. Before your Presentation
- - Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
- - Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
- - You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.

- Please remember to set the screen ratio to 16:9 to meet the screen transmission ratio.

2. How to Record and Submit Your File
- IDEN 2020 kindly ask you to use ‘Zoom’ or ‘PowerPoint’ program for recording your presentation.
1) How to upload
- Please upload your Video file and Presentation file via Dropbox. CLICK HERE

The VOD and PPT file name must be “Your presentation code_Your name”
ex) UGI1-1_ James Dean

Click ”Upload”
* Your presentation code has been sent via e-mail and will be uploaded to the website.
2) Recording Tips
- Before you start presentation
Headphone or earphone with microphone

Laptop or Desktop with web camera
|
During recording, use the keyboard instead of the mouse to flip the presentation slides to prevent mouse sounds from being recorded.

- During your presentation
Introduction |
At the start of your presentation, please introduce yourself, including your name, institution, and the title of your presentation. |
Finish |
At the end of your presentation, please say, "I'm done with my presentation." |
Disk Space |
Please make sure there is enough disk space on your local drive to record and save your screen recording. |
