Hotel Reservation Deadline: August 25, 2020

The IDEN committee has selected hotels in different rate categories for IDEN 2020 participants. You can make reservations for selected accommodations with special room rates near the venue. Hotel room reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservation Process

1. STEP 1 Choose a hotel you
   would like to book
2. STEP 2 Click the ‘Hotel Reservation’
   button and submit the online
   application form to ‘Hanjin Travel,’
   the official IDEN accommodations agent.
3. STEP 3 You will receive an automatic
   confirmation from Hanjin Travel.

Booking & Payment Conditions

Conditions

1. Hotel Reservation Deadline: August 25, 2020; after this date, requests cannot be guaranteed.
2. All room bookings will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. All rates are per room per night and inclusive of TAX & SVC. All room rates will be charged in Korean Won.
4. Valid credit card information for payment is required at the time of the hotel booking request.
5. Early check-in (before 15:00) & late check-out (after 11:00) cannot be guaranteed; extra charges may apply.
6. Confirmation of your Hanjin Travel reservation number will be emailed to you upon the completion of your reservation request.
7. All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT +9 hours)

Confirmation

1. Confirmation will be emailed to you after charging a 1-night deposit to the credit card you provide on the hotel reservation form.
2. Final confirmation will be emailed to you after charging the balance of the payment to your credit card at the time of the hotel reservation deadline. (Reservation Deadline: August 23, 2020)

Payment

1. Payment of a 1-night deposit must be made by credit card to secure your reservation.
2. The balance must be paid by credit card at the time of the hotel reservation deadline.

Cancellation / Refund

Cancellation and/or reduction in the number of nights reserved must be made to Hanjin Travel (yhpark@kaltour.com). In case of late notifications, the following penalty shall be applied.
