- I registered before it was changed to the Online Conference Only. Can I get a refund?

You will be automatically rolled over into the Online Conference and get a refund for the difference that will be issued in the way it was paid. The refund process takes approximately 2 weeks.
No further action is needed.
- I am a poster presenter. How can I receive the registration fee refund?

Registration fees paid by accepted abstract presenters will be refunded after the conference.
Please note that the presenter must submit the e-poster and access the online conference website during the conference. If the presenter does not attend online, the registration fee will not be refunded.
